Who is Lucas?

I’m a 23-year-old English Honours graduate, from Whitby, Ontario, Canada. I am a self-proclaimed philanthropist, dreamer, story-teller and vagabond. I made this website to facilitate the telling of my travel stories. As it is probably obvious to anyone who has any remote knowledge of HTML, I do not have a clue what I am doing. This site, with all its many script errors, is the best I could make before I started traveling.

In June 2008, I started adventuring throughout Asia, meeting my old friends and many new ones along the way. I’ve posted my art as I made it and the pictures I have shot.

I returned home for Christmas 2009, just to leave shortly after for Montreal to study French and enjoy the vibrant character and charm of the city and her inhabitants.  I met great people, enjoyed delicious food and learned a kooky language.  Then I left.

Now, I am embarking on my second solo trip, this time starting in Europe and hopefully ending in Asia.  Tune in to see what kind of trouble I get myself into.

Feel free to comment on the posts and I will respond as soon as I get to a computer.

Hey Man, great looking blog! Sorry to hear you’re getting the VISA runaround, but it happens all the time. It’ll be more that worth it once you get it done.

We should swap links on our sites. I just put you up on mine.

BTW: I just started a book too. Going to try and bang it out in my last month before leaving.

    Keep in touch.

    Matt

Hey Lucas! Miss you loads, think of you several times a day, and, in typical Barb fashion, don’t find time to tell you how much I enjoy checking in via your site, and how regularly you are in my thoughts and heart. Be healthy, stay happy, onwards ho! Much love.

Do you mind send me your email address whenever you get chance?

Enjoy your day whereever you are…
